Standard inclusions are: transport (coaster or SUV), hotel accommodation, breakfast and dinner, professional guide, fuel, road taxes, and tolls. Each tour page has a detailed "Inclusions" and "Exclusions" section — please review it before booking.

Tours & Itinerary
Absolutely. Every tour can be tailored — change dates, add or remove destinations, upgrade hotels, adjust the number of days, or make it fully private for your family. Contact us for a custom quote.
Our standard departure cities are Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and Karachi. Some tours have specific departure points (e.g., Daewoo Terminal Islamabad, PSO Thokar Niaz Baig Lahore). Details are listed on each tour page.
For regular tours: 7–10 days. For peak season (Eid, summer, New Year): 4–6 weeks. For large groups (10+): 6–8 weeks to ensure vehicle and hotel availability.

Yes. We offer camping, trekking, jeep safari, rafting, paragliding, photography tours, and more. These can be added as extras to any tour or booked as standalone experiences.
Travel & Logistics
We use sanitised coasters (20–30 seats), HiAce vans (12–15 seats), luxury SUVs (Prado, Land Cruiser), and 4x4 jeeps for off-road sections (Fairy Meadows, Siri Paye). Vehicle type is assigned based on group size and road conditions.
Yes, all our vehicles are AC-equipped. However, AC does not function effectively in hilly areas (low air pressure at altitude) — this is normal and not a defect. Windows are opened for natural ventilation in mountains.
Essentials: warm jacket, trekking shoes, sunglasses, sunscreen, hat/cap, power bank, headlamp, personal medications, and snacks. For camping: extra layers, sleeping bag (we provide if requested), and rain jacket. A detailed packing list is available on request.
Coverage varies. Major towns (Gilgit, Hunza, Skardu) have 4G on Jazz and Zong. Remote areas (Fairy Meadows, Khunjerab, Babusar) have limited or no coverage. SCOM (Special Communications Organization) SIMs work best in GB.
For standard tours, we have designated pickup points (bus terminals, main roads). Home pickup can be arranged as an extra for an additional fee. Contact us for details.
Standard tours include breakfast and dinner. Lunch is usually excluded (available at local restaurants en route, typically Rs 800–1,500 per person). Vegetarian, Jain, and halal options are available at all stops.
Safety & Health
Yes. Gilgit-Baltistan and Hazara (KPK) are among the safest tourist regions in Pakistan, with dedicated tourist police and welcoming local communities. Thousands of foreign and domestic tourists visit every year without issues.
Yes. Most of our tours are designed for families, couples, and honeymooners. We offer private rooms, women-friendly itineraries, and kid-safe activities on every departure.
Please inform us in advance if you have heart problems, asthma, diabetes, high blood pressure, or are pregnant. Certain activities (trekking, paragliding, jeep safari) may not be suitable. Our guides carry basic first-aid kits, and we can arrange medical evacuation if needed.
We do not sell insurance, but strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and lost baggage. Contact us for insurer recommendations.
Altitude sickness typically occurs above 3,000m. Symptoms include headache, nausea, and dizziness. Our itineraries include gradual acclimatization days. Drink plenty of water, avoid alcohol, and inform your guide if you feel unwell. Khunjerab (4,693m) and Babusar Top (4,173m) are the highest points on our tours.
We only take you to hygienic restaurants and hotels. Bottled mineral water is recommended everywhere in the north. Avoid raw vegetables and street food if you have a sensitive stomach.
For Foreign Travellers
Yes, most foreign nationals require a valid Pakistani visa. We provide invitation letters and NOC (No Objection Certificate) support for tourists. Contact us with your passport details and travel dates at least 4 weeks before departure.
Some northern areas (parts of Gilgit-Baltistan, Chitral, and near the Afghan border) require special NOC permits for foreign nationals. We handle all paperwork for our guests. Popular tourist routes (Hunza, Skardu, Fairy Meadows) are generally open.
We accept Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. Foreign travellers can exchange USD, EUR, GBP, and other major currencies at banks, exchange offices, or use international cards at ATMs in Islamabad/Lahore. Remote areas have limited ATM access — carry cash.
Yes, in major cities and tourist areas. Our guides speak fluent English. In remote villages, English is limited but basic communication is possible. Urdu is the national language.
Photography is generally allowed in tourist areas. Drones require special permits from CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) and are restricted near military zones. Some heritage sites charge camera fees. Always ask your guide before photographing locals.
